* The Voice of the Customer and the organization’s Quality advocate. Led the organization global strategic and tactical activities for Quality. * Achieved Quality and Customer Service Awards
* Directed all aspects of a semiconductor Division Quality Organization in Quality Assurance, Reliability Engineering, Product Analysis, Quality Control, Quality Systems, and Software Quality. in the U.S., China, Japan, Europe, and Asia Pacific operations. This included Reliability Assessment lab and Product Labs supporting new product development and defect analysis.
* Directed 8D (8 Discipline root-cause/corrective-action process) cross-functional problem solving teams to resolve Customer Quality Issues, Supplier Quality, Product Reliability and Manufacturing and Business process issues.
* Directed all change control activities. Initiated and chaired the Change Control Committee.
* Expert in Reliability Engineering. Developed new lower cost product qualification methodology.
* Developed hundreds of successful qualification/validation (JEDEC) plans for new products and changes. Communicated status and results internally and to the customer on an ongoing basis concluding with publishing of the formal final report.
* Directed global ongoing reliability monitor of production, published quarterly report.
