door64 Networking Events
door64.com launched back in August 2007, and nearly two months afterwards we had our first networking event. The idea behind these happy hours was to bring our community of high-tech professionals together for an evening of networking: catch up with some familiar faces, and make some new connections. I originally envisioned these events would happen one or two times a year. Boy was I wrong! Members asked to have them more often, and so we did! Then tech companies came to sponsor our meet-ups, realizing their goodwill also brought much attention.
For posterity, here are the recaps for all the door64 events, in reverse chronological order:

All we need is a sponsor...
Our events are restricted to those who work in high-tech, so you will find a high concentration of semiconductor, hardware, software, and IT professionals at door64 events. If your company is interested in sponsoring a door64 Austin LinkedIn Happy Hour (or any event in junction with our community), drop me a note.
