Mobile App Programmers or Companies in Austin?

Is there a mobile app development community here in Austin or any companies playing in this space? Mobile apps should see explosive growth over the next decade, IMHO, but I don't seem to read or hear much about it here in Austin - or maybe I just have not noticed??

I may have a chance to work with a start-up out of LA on a mobile-based app and would like to have some local talent to tap into if possible.
