Software Development Manager / Project Manager

My name is Marek Wasik and I'm an experienced Software Development Manager, Project Manager with over 20 years of software development and software development management experience and MS CS and MBA degrees.

During my exciting career for companies like IBM, HP, IntelliQuest, CyberTrader and recently Dell, I was integrating complex systems and designed products using the latest technology and design methodologies, built and managed highly motivated high performing teams, established effective software development processes and interacted with customers, team members and the executive team. I worked closely with sales and business development organizations to achieve the common goal - deliver the product on time and on budget and to fully satisfy customers. I also have strong motivation and leadership abilities and I'm able to attract superior development talent to my organization. I perform extremely well in a team oriented environment and I'm totally oriented towards action and focused on product planning and development.

I also managed development teams in a high-growth and fast-paced, always changing startup environment and was very successful in delivering large enterprise class software projects on time and on/under budget, motivating and empowering team members.
