About this Position
The Training Team Lead will assist the Content Operations Manager in developing and delivering quality training to new and existing moderation personnel on all relevant business processes and applications. The Training Team Lead will directly be responsible for curriculum development for a wide range of topics and all training delivery efforts in the support of Content Operations. He / she will directly supervise a full time team of training analysts and training associates. The Training Team Lead will also supervise a remote team of coaching assistants who are responsible for coaching and mentoring the moderation staff. The Training Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining accurate training documentation. He / she will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics for all moderation staff, actively managing programs to improve moderation team performance and making recommendations for employment action based on performance metrics.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Ensure that training curriculum and documentation is current and accurate
* Ensure training deliverables and deadlines are met
* Deliver weekly moderation staff performance metrics and recommendations to Content Ops management
* Supervise the performance of full time and part time training staff, ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met
* Train full time and part time staff
* Manage work assignments
* Ensure that key contractual obligations regarding quality are met or exceeded

Job Requirements
The ideal Training Team Lead has extensive online experience and meets most or all of the following requirements:

* Four-year undergraduate degree required
* Prefer training delivery and training development experience
* Prefer people management experience
* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
* Exceptional reading comprehension skills and attention to detail
* Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
* Ability to interact via email and online forums with the team in a positive, professional manner
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Mozilla Firefox in an XP environment
* Ability to create well-written training materials targeted towards Adults
* Authorization to work in the U.S.
