My strong suit is helping adults grow by empowering them to embrace career change.

Change is inevitable. Most people resist change of any kind. Yet people have to continuously update their skills and interpersonal communication. My role is to help them discover the personal motivators that help us all to understand why the change is affecting them, then providing methods for using change to grow and prosper as a result.

I am a Golden Microphone Award winner from the National Speakers Association.
I am also a Distinguished Toastmaster and former Toastmaster Governor.

As a community voluteer, I work with youth on matters of Ethics, Career and Finance. I was honored as Jr. Achievement Volunteer of the Year.

Facilitation of adult learning is an art form I have been perfecting for many years. I respect that people know a lot, and I enjoy group facilitation to help individuals overcome their challenges and achieve their fullest potential.

I have provided facilitation for technical training with companies like Apple, Adobe, IBM, and Microsoft.

I have coached many individuals on matters of career and presentation skills.

I have also provided communication skills courses at Boeing-Rocketdyne, Hughes Spectrolab, Specialty Laboratories, US Borax and several financial institutions.

From small groups, to comprehensive workshops to trade show events, I can help any organization improve their sales programs and improve their internal communication and communication with clients.
