Title: A Unified Approach to Resiliency
Description: Business Continuity as an industry is evolving to a new holistic level now being referred to as Resiliency. In the beginning, there was Disaster Recovery which dealt with the recovery of technology, then came Business Continuity which dealt with the business side of the issue and now add in all other aspects of the enterprise underneath this resiliency umbrella and things get really interesting. How can you help your organization mature through the introduction of resiliency at the IT project management level?
