• Basic system administrator duties such as administering, creating and resetting user accounts
• Basic data backups, automatic backup routine, and maintaining backup software
• Repair and troubleshoot computer: hardware and software
• Suggest modifications to existing systems and develops new and alternative systems to improve performance
• Ensure consistent and reliable network connectivity of all workstations
• Develop and implement new computer projects and new hardware installations for high speed performance
• Engage with hardware, software and network troubleshooting, diagnosis, upgrades, and repair in a timely and effective matter
