Dell's Contribution to Green IT

Come listen to Tim Mattox (VP of Strategy, Dell) talk about Green IT and Dell's Green Mission of "Developing and embracing the highest environmental standards to regenerate our planet". An informal discussion on technology will follow his presentation.

In his current role, Mattox works directly with CEO Michael Dell on major strategic issues and opportunities for the company. He also served as a marketing executive within the Dell Americas and Product Group organizations and as vice president of strategy for Dell's Enterprise Systems Group.
Prior to joining Dell in 1998, Mattox was a consultant with Bain & Company. He also served as a senior product line manager for Oracle Corporation running Oracle's DEC UNIX product line.

Mattox holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master's degree in business administration from Stanford University.
