•Coordinate MAC’s with Engineers, Customer Relationship Managers and Finance Team to insure installation and billing is completed according to Service Level Agreement.
•Update the client database with the current telecommunication devices that Cisco manages remotely.

•Installed and configured 40 data center server switches with CISCO IOS, using SNMP, ICMP, OSPF routing protocols resulting in meeting key project deadlines for design engineering teams.
•Installed and configured wireless network and VoIP devices, switch’s and routers.
•Installed and configured Quantum ATL’s, Vertias NetBacup ArcServe network storage devices.
•Installed and configured remote monitoring tools using SMS, TIVIOLI, VMWare Norton Anti-Virus Symantec anti Virus
•Implemented CNB connected network backup enabling backup and recovery for 600 local client computers, including remote installation at South American sites. Received recognition award for outstanding effort for savings of time and travel expenses.
•Successfully implemented data center network servers, network switches and telecomm infrastructure Business Continuity plan, resulting in increases for meeting employee performance based bonus money target.
•Significantly reduced safety mishaps through the successful implementation of a data center safety management plan.
•Successfully implemented capital asset inventory management plan and Sarbanes-Oxley compliancy efforts, recovering over $500K in unaccounted assets.
