An Engineering professional in Management of Semiconductor Manufacturing and Products.

I have extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing focused on product engineering and yield enhancement in addition to the product and product management skills outlined in my resume. I have been part of 2 startup’s for submicron manufacturing facilities managing and mentoring teams, including one in Germany. Each of the starts up activities included planning and managing several projects from equipment selection to basic organization and cross functional team interaction organization. In addition, I have leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership and process and quality training including Juran Quality Improvement, Theory of Constraints, and Lean Management principles.

More recently I have been involved with the Product introduction activities which include the planning and coordinating between several engineering teams to enable the timely product introduction. Developing and executing project planning schedules was the central function.
