programmers. Responsible for the underlying architecture of software programs and web
development/ applications and ensuring that projects come in on time and on budget. Also to
serve as technical advisers to management and provide programming perspective on
requirements
Position Requirements:
XHTML and CSS
PHP and MySQL
Flash and ActionScript
WordPress, Drupal
LAMP
Understanding of email servers and C-Panel
Comfortable in front of clients
Accessible, usable, W3C standards compliant code
Must be able to create sites from layered PSDs

Creative Director
ISDG, Inc., a full-service marketing and advertising firm, is looking for a Creative Director.
This position entails overseeing the design of branding and advertising for a client and ensuring
that the new branding and advertising fits in with the client's requirements and the image they
wish to promote for their company or product. The main aspects of this role are to interpret a
client's communications strategy and then develop proposed creative approaches and treatments
that align with that strategy. A creative director is ultimately responsible for the quality of the final
creative work. An understanding of marketing strategy preferred.
Position requirements:
Concept Development for all client projects – print, online, tradeshow, Flash presentations, etc.
Ability to write headlines and edit client provided copy
Production for print-based materials
Create internal sales tools
Attend client meetings
Some programming a plus
