Volunteers needed for dissertation study

I am looking for participants in the Austin, Tx area for my dissertation study. The study is to look into how the different communication methods available to face-to-face and virtual teams impact the interactions on the teams. I am going to have project teams working on a project for a non-profit. The non-profit will rate the outcome from the projects and the members of the winning team will get $50 gift certificates. The time required for the project over the one month timeline will be around 5 hours, max 10.
