I have been writing instructional and technical material for the last 8 years in an international environment.
I have been independent for the last year on an international training and documentation project.

A typical project usually requires that I learn about and document the workings of software, hardware, company policies, etc. that are new to me. The client sometimes requests that I write documentation or develop documentation processes as well.
I have developed technical/nontechnical documents, instructor led and e-learning and flash based timed operator certification tests.

I also develop websites and set up ecommerce and crm, primarily in Drupal, but I can do the work in Moodle, Joomla and Wordpress as well.
