Project Management Experience
•Ability to work on multiple projects, to develop strategies and options for new and existing products and services. Provides strategic counsel, structure, overall vision and tactical execution.
•Manage full lifecycle projects: manages scope, budget and client expectations; primary source of client contact.
•Develops full range of project management plans and statements of work (SOW) specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
•Conducts/leads analysis and requirements interviews and sessions with key stakeholders.
•Manages and delegates responsibilities and priorities across departments including to technical lead(s) and development staff.
•Prepares and presents formal documentation; provides project milestone sessions for project sponsor(s).
•Strong business acumen and the ability to interact with senior management, managing escalations, providing updates and recommendations.

Product Management Experience
•Evaluates and prioritizes future product offerings in terms of ROI, company’s core competencies, margin / profit viability, definition and purpose.
•Responsible for product financials, including sales forecasts, P&L statements, ROI, competitive pricing, and cost and margin analysis.
•Facilitates product management team in creation of Product Specification Documents detailing features, benefits and technical specifications for over two-dozen products and services.
•Establishes and maintains partnerships and alliances with business organizations, vendors, agencies and the media.
•Develops product sales and marketing collateral materials, including web site content, press releases, event and trade show materials.
•Negotiates product margins, sales contracts and vendor proposals.
•Documents and updates internal product development and management processes.
•Trains direct sales team and indirect channel partner’s sales teams.
•Serves as cross-functional lead between IT, operations, finance, accounting, legal, sales and marketing.
•Creates and maintains long-term product roadmap for support and managed network products and services.
•Responsible for product launches and product life cycle management for technical support and managed network service products.
•Creates training materials and training presentations for ongoing support and management of products.
Process Management and Marketing Communications Experience
•Develops business process flow diagrams; defines business workflow and document management.
•Negotiates and manages vendor contracts, including billing, change orders and timelines.
•Establishes and implements internal and external communication processes.
•Expertly utilizes and applies fundamental marketing communication principles to plan and execute internal and external communications/activity.

•Experience creating Corporate Communication Plan including mission and vision statements, Code of Conduct (ensures clear and consistent communications), marketing objectives and brand identity.
O Details tactical execution by project, process group, phase, department, timeline, budget and measures of success.
•Experience developing in-depth marketing research surveys and conducting focus groups.
•Supervises day-to-day management of marketing communications including creative development processes and projects, content creation, project timelines, traffic coordination and creative production.
•Initiates branding initiatives to compliment corporate marketing strategy.
O Implements/deploys branding strategy and brand awareness campaign.
•Experience conducting training sessions for partners and internal sales teams, and on a one-on-one basis.
•Responsible for stakeholder meetings, events and presentations.
Internet/Email Marketing Experience
•Manages internet and email marketing projects.
O Collaborates with clients on web strategy and creative campaigns.

O Researches competitors and other media, pricing framework, market share and ROI.
