It's full of quotables, and brash wisdom. One of my favorites is right near the end:

"Stop watching f***ing Lost...if you want [whatever], WORK."

Amen.

But he's right: the field is wide open. Self-branding is something we all need to do. My thing is personal career management - network (network, network), continually educate yourself, manage your career. He's addressing the other side of the same coin: branding yourself. Realize what is unique about you, and what you love -- make that your brand. Don't just listen, but give a damn, and your legacy becomes your brand. Good stuff.
