Market, sell and deliver consulting services specializing in general operations and product support operations including customer/technical services designed to create and/or improve processes leading to the formation of world class, efficient and effective organizations, teams, departments and programs.
Primary Deliverables
· Operational Assistance
Quickly evaluate/identify operational issues/problems and develop a plan of action to affect a cost-effective, efficient resolution.
Provide coaching/counseling to create highly effective teams.
· Product Development
Craft services and support solutions and package services for both the consumer and corporate enterprise marketplace.
Provide Account Management and Consultive Sales assistance to improve client relations.
· Re-Engineering and Expansion
Systematically re-engineer processes and work flow to improve productivity and reduce overhead.
· Alliance Development and Integration
Establish criteria and specifications, locate qualified providers/partners and facilitate mutually beneficial relationships/contracts.
Craft winning responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) or Quotes (RFQ).
