Healthcare is a “Data-Rich and Information-Poor” Industry.  The “Healthcare Informatics Framework (HCIF)” is an engagement model used to build Accurate, Relative, Timely and Secure (ARTS) Solutions for healthcare organizations of all types and sizes.
